We start with beautiful Misty Knoll Farms Chicken from New Haven, Vermont, and prepare it with a tried-and-true family recipe we created years ago. It's a 2-day process, honey and lemon grass meet brine, meet buttermilk. Then, we double-dredge it in our secret blend of herbs and spices and fry it in high-grade grapeseed oil.

The bucket contains eight pieces: Two Breasts, Two Legs, Two Thighs, Two Wings.

Remember to add the sides and get an extra bucket for the beach.
